Prof. Dr. Hasan Kamil YILMAZ- Türkiye

He was born in 1952 in İzmit. He completed his high school education at Adapazarı Imam Hatip High School and his higher education at Istanbul Higher Islamic Institute. He started his academic career as an assistant in Sufism and History at Istanbul Higher Islamic Institute and continued after he was transferred to the Faculty of Theology of the Islamic Institute where he rose to the position of professor at Marmara University Faculty of Theology where his doctorate. He was appointed as the Vice President of Religious Affairs in 2010, and after six years of this duty, he served as the Mufti of Istanbul for two years. He retired from government service in 2019 and started his teaching career at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Faculty of Islamic Sciences. He continues his service life as the Dean of the same faculty.

Dr. İkrime SABRİ- Palestine

Dr. Ikrime Sabri was born in Palestine in 1939. After receiving his basic education in the field of Islamic sciences in his own country, he went to Baghdad, Iraq, where he developed himself in many Islamic sciences. Then he returned to his country and served as an ecclesiastic there. Ikrime Sabri, who served as Masjid Aqsa Imam preacher for many years, is among the symbolic names of the Jerusalem cause today.

Dr. Ahmet Hamdi YILDIRIM – Türkiye

He was born in 1971 in Istanbul. After returning to Turkey in 1994 as a graduate of Azhar University, he gave training in the fields of Fiqh and Arabic. He received his master's degree in Islamic Law from Sakarya University in 1997; He completed his doctorate education at Marmara University in 2014. He is still working as a doctoral lecturer at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University and as the vice dean of the same faculty.

Dr. Akif DURSUN- Türkiye

He was born in 1968 in Nevşehir. He graduated from Nevşehir High School (1986) and Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences (1991). He completed his master's degree at Erciyes University (2008) and his doctorate (2020) at Marmara University in the field of Islamic Law. He has been a publisher and educator for many years. He is currently working as a doctoral faculty member in the Islamic Law Department at the Faculty of Law at Medeniyet University.

İsmail Hakkı TURUNÇ- Türkiye

He was born in 1952 in Sivas. However, he has been residing in Fatih Beycegiz since 1959. He has devoted himself to voluntary services since his youth and has served in many domestic and international services, and he performed these works as the Advisor to the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and then by representing our country during his duties as the Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Red Crescent. With his intellectual knowledge, Turunç, who has been active in many national and international associations for nearly 40 years, is currently the President of the 15 July Association.

Murat ELLİALTI- Türkiye

He was born in 1972 in Nevşehir. After completing his undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University, he completed his master's degree in the field of Local Administration at Marmara University. He held various positions in companies affiliated with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. He was the vice president of the Beyazay Association, of which he was the founder and the vice president and chairman of the BURA Bogazici University Students Association also of which he was the founder. He was elected as a member of the Istanbul Provincial Assembly from the Beykoz district between 2004-2009. During this duty, as the head of the European Union and Foreign Relations Commission, he represented our country and Istanbul in various local government associations and directed various international meetings. He was also a member of the board of directors of the European Assembly of Regions. He was elected as a substitute member of the Headquarters Board of Directors at the General Assembly meeting of the Turkish Red Crescent in 2016 and was appointed as the Chief Advisor to the Chairman during this period. He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Red Crescent in 2019 and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the same institution.

Prof. Dr. Necdet TOSUN- Türkiye

He was born in Bandırma in 1971. He graduated from Bandırma Imam Hatip High School in 1989 and from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 1993. He received his master's degree in Sufism from Marmara University in 1995 and completed his doctorate at Marmara University in 2002. He is still working as a professor lecturer in the Department of Sufism at Marmara University, Faculty of Theology, where he started working as a research assistant in 1998.  

Vedat SABRİ- Bulgaria

He was born in 1979 in Bulgaria. He graduated from Nüvvab Imam Hatip High School in 1997 and from Sofia Higher Islamic Institute in 2001. Afterward, he was involved in Islamic activities in Bulgaria and served at various levels in the Bulgarian Chief Mufti. Vedat Sabri, who served as Deputy Chief Mufti for 11 years, was elected as the Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council by the National Conference held on January 24, 2016, and he still carries out this duty.

Dr. Yunus KELEŞ- Türkiye

He was born in 1969 in Niğde but grew up in Nevşehir. He completed his high school education at Nevşehir Imam Hatip High School (1987) and his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Theology (1991). He completed his master's degree in Islamic Law at Marmara University in 1995 and his doctorate from Erciyes University in 2013. After teaching for many years, he became a Specialist at the High Council of Religious Affairs in 2010. He still works as the Religious Services Counselor at the Bosnia-Herzegovina Embassy.

Doç. Dr. Veysel AKKAYA- Türkiye

He was born in 1973 in Kayseri. After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 1996, he completed his master's degree in Sufism. Akkaya, who completed his doctorate in Islamic Sciences, works as a lecturer at Sabahattin Zaim University. Akkaya, who has many works and studies, continues his studies as the assistant dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Sabahattin Zaim University.

Dr. Ali TÜLÜ- Türkiye

After primary school, he studied grammar and religious sciences at the Bayrampasa Yesil Mosque Qur'an Course by being a hafiz. After graduating from Marmara Theology Faculty in 1997, he completed his master's degree at Marmara University (2006) and his doctorate from Istanbul University (2016). He is still working as a lecturer in the Department of Arabic Language and Rhetoric.

Zafer SÖĞÜT- Türkiye

He was born in 1977 in Ankara. He graduated from the Department of Art History at Selcuk University and the Faculty of Theology at Sakarya University. He completed his master's degree in the field of "Turkish Art" at Marmara University. The author, who is also a sociology graduate, spends time with the art of photography. He has seminars on the contributions of Islamic Civilization to the history of science. Some of the works he has participated in are: Erbaa Municipality "Erbaa Book" photo shoots, "Üsküdar's Celebrities" book photo shoots 2012, İski Asia Group–Historical İstanbul Fountains Collection Photo Shoots (3-volume book)2006, "The Problem is in the Photography" exhibition.
